More Chickens

On March 2nd we went to see what had been our neighbors house before it burned down -

and discovered that he had 5 chickens that were not being taken care of -

so we packed them up and took them home....

These chickens are SO big compared to my babies.....

it has now been a week and everybody seems to be getting along....

at least everybody is still alive and healthy!

An egg from one of the new girls and an egg from one of MY girls ....

The "coop" seems a little too crowded now....

I hope that the 5 can go home and if not, I want to  find them another home....

just not enough room here.....
